Powered by EZBZ, this simple looking box can help you solve your problem. If you know what you need, just type it in. But if you just know that you have a problem and need a solution, tell us your problem and we'll help you find a solution. For example: "There's a stain on my ceiling, and I'm not sure what's causing it." You may need a plumber. You may need a roofer. We'll help you find the right solution.

How It Works

When you put your request into the box above, your request and your information will be sent to the EZBZ Support Team in New York. They look at your request to see how best to solve your problem.

Confirmation

You will get a confirmation email with this progress bar to give you an idea of where you are in the process. You can see this on your EZBZ dashboard and it will let you know where you are. (If you're not logged in, you'll have to click he "signin" button to get to your dashboard.

Some Requests are Sent Right Out

If it is something simple like "I need a roofer to replace my 20 year old roof" then they will send it out to all the roofers who serve your area. You'll be able to see all the businesses it was sent to through your dashboard.

Working With You on More Challenging Problems

If it is more challenging like "I have a weirdly colored spot in my ceiling, and I need someone to fix it, but don't know who to call," then someone from the Support Team will reach out to you. This is why we ask for your phone number, because this is best way to solve your problem quickly. They will work with you to figure out if you need a plumber, a roofer, an HVAC guy, or just drywall work.

Getting Replies

You should start to get replies anywhere between a few minutes and a few hours. These businesses will reply through the EZBZ platform, so they will not have any information about you other than your first name and your town. You may find it easier to chat with the businesses through the EZBZ App than through the dashboard. I recommend you download it if you make a request.

You can ask them questions, provide information for more accurate quotes, and generally engage with the business before you decide whom you'd like to do business with.

Most requests get between 1 and 5 replies, but if you have not gotten any replies after a day or so, please email your local guide at michael@hyperlocalnow.com.

Report Hire

After you have hired a business, you can report that you hired them and post a review through the dashboard or app. EZBZ will donate $5 to a local charity for each hire reported.
